On 29 March 2017 SIA Skonto Būve signed a deedon putting the 1^stround of the A block of Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital into operation. As a part of the general partnership SBRE, SIA Skonto Būve preformedthe 1^stround designing, design supervision and construction work, as well as delivery and setup of the in-built facilities of the A block of Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital.

The new block will be open to patients as of June first of this year. Currently the new block is actively being furnished, equipped with medical facilities and technologies, and employees are being trained and introduced to the engineering systems of the new building.

Other companies from the SKONTO group were also involved In the construction process - SKONTO PLAN, SKONTO PREFAB and LEC.
