Skonto Būve has commenced renovation of premises of the former Albert Hotel building at Dzirnavu Street 33 in Riga.

The hotel building has 11 floors, including two underground ones. The ground floor hosts reception and restaurant with kitchen area. The hotel rooms are located between 1^st and 9^th floor.

The 10^th floor features a gym, conference rooms and technical premises. The total building area is 8602 m2.

The work is to be completed by the end of 2018.
