Works performed and advantages gained:

  1. Increased exposition area.
  2. Heat insulation of metallic cassettes of outer walls is increased from 100 mm to 200mm.
  3. Heat insulation of the existing brick wall is increased and new brick wall trimming is installed.
  4. Reinforcement of the load-bearing metallic carcass and roof girders is performed.
  5. All engineering systems operate on the BMS mode.
  6. LED system lighting is installed.
  7. Auto renovation work conditions (renovation workshops) are improved.
